Emergency Rescue
HALO aims to assist animals, both domestic and wildlife, who have been found injured, trapped, or in other emergency situations. At this time, we do not respond in situations where an animals human parents can provide transport to emergency services. Our rescue efforts are targeted towards animals presumed to be stray, with no apparent human guardians. We also assist wildlife.

Animal Surrender
Because space and resources are limited, HALO does not generally take in animals whose owners must give them up. However, we are always willing to try to connect animals with good homes, so please feel free to contact us. In the event that we do accept a surrendered animal, we request a donation towards care and support until the animal is adopted.
Adoptions
Rescued animals who are in need of homes will be listed on the web site soon. In the meantime, keep us in mind when it's time to add a new member to your family.
